In Genesis 4, we learn that Cain is the First Born son from Adam and Eve.
Adam “knew” Eve his wife and she conceived... The Hebrew word for “knew” is yada. So, Adam and Eve, yada, yada, yada, she’s pregnant. Cain is born first but the lineage to Christ starts with Seth. This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them "man" in the day when they were created. When Adam had lived one hundred and thirty years, he became the father of a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and named him Seth. Then the days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he had other sons and daughters. Genesis 5:1-4 It was One Hundred and Thirty years before Adam and Eve "knew" each other and had another child. Surely, Cain was already married by then but, why are Cain and his children not included in the generations of Adam? And, don't tell me it's because Cain murdered his brother. King David ordered the murder of Uriah, the husband of Bathsheba and committed adultery with her and he is in the lineage. 2nd Samuel 11:15 Moses murdered an Egyptian. Exodus 2:11,12 Where did this wife come from? Was she Cain’s sister? The answer is No. Cain was the purest child, the first born from Adam and Eve. If his wife was one of Eve’s daughters they would have had pure-blood children to continue the lineage. But, the pure-blood lineage from Adam starts with Seth so, Cain's wife could not be his sister. Since Adam and Eve were kicked out of the Garden, there would have to be a place for them to go to. Or, was the planet barren with a Garden on it? Were the Two Trees on the Planet or in a Garden? The Garden was in the East, in Eden. The fact that this garden was in the East of anything shows that there were already cities and towns like Nod where Cain found his wife. So Cain went out from the “LORD's presence” and lived in the land of Nod, east of Eden. Genesis 4:16 This is why God would put an end to marrying a relative. As the sons of Adam married outside of the family. They were mixing with those who were not from Adam and Eve. On Day or Era 6, God made man and woman. And, He "rested" on the 7th "day". He did not stop. After God rested, He formed a Garden and formed a man. Genesis 2:5-7 Now, out of the ground the LORD God "had" formed every beast of the field and every bird of the heavens and brought them to the man to see what he would call them. And, whatever the man called every living creature that was its name. Genesis 2:19 The word "had" that is used in the NIV and ESV Bibles is not in the Hebrew so, this Scripture may have caused people, myself included, to believe that the animals that were already created were brought to Adam to name but, Genesis 2:19 states that God formed "beasts of the field" and birds of the sky. Genesis 1:24 states, Then God said, “Let the "earth bring forth" living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and "beasts of the earth" after their kind”; and it was so. God made the "beasts of the earth" after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind; and God saw that it was good. A beast of the earth would be a behemoth: a hippo, elephant, a rhino, maybe even a dinosaur; mammoth... but definitely not something that you would want in a garden like a deer or a rabbit. It was God's Garden so there was enough for everyone. Adam is the Hebrew word for man so, man, woman and beasts were made on the 6th day. This makes it "possible" that God made Dinosaurs first and watched how they interacted with each other. He would have noticed how cruel they were, fighting and killing each other so, He ended their existence with an ice age and/or meteor shower and then made man. He may have stood back and watched His fireworks show from His voice causing a ripple in the vast expanse as His Word Exploded into being with the angels falling out of that explosion. He separated the molecules and atoms and formed a planet. He could have watched the herbs, trees, plants and flowers grow for a while. Then He created lights in the heavens, the sun, the moon and the stars, planets forming and colliding, expanding, exploding after He made them. But, after watching the evil that the beasts of the Earth can do, He destroyed them and created man and woman. But, being an all knowing God, He knew that the man and the woman would become as evil as the animals. Therefore, He prepared a Garden, made Adam, deer, rabbits, honey bees, butterflies... and then the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Life which was only found in the Garden. After all that, God saw that the man was lonely and brought forth Eve. Theoretically, since God did not rest until the seventh "day", He could have completed the universe in the time it takes to read Genesis Chapter One. Or, did He keep creating things after what was recorded and there would not be enough books to contain all that He said? God created the Sea Creatures before He created the beasts and cattle on the earth but Adam didn't have to name the fish, whales and so on because the Garden was not near the ocean. Salt water is not good for a garden. Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every “creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”’ (not found in Chapter 2) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God He created him; Male and Female He created them. And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and "EVERY TREE" with seed in its fruit. "You Shall Have Them for Food". And to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the heavens and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food.” And it was so. And God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, The Sixth Day. Genesis 1:20-31 God rested. (A "day" off) and then He made a garden in the East of Eden that had no vegetation in it because there was no man to work the ground. So, God made Adam and then made the beasts of the field suitable for a garden. After which God made Eve. Man and woman first, but in the Garden, Eve came "not" from the same soil as the man but from Adam's rib. Nephilim
