Matthew 22:37-40
Jesus declared, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the First and Greatest Commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these Two Commandments.” It takes more than Faith or even a gift to be Saved Matthew 7:19-23 Every tree not bearing "good fruit" is cut down and is thrown into fire. Then surely by their fruits you will recognize them. 'Not' everyone saying to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of My Father in the heavens. Many will say to Me in that the day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare unto them, ‘I never knew you; depart you from Me, those working lawlessness.’ John 15:1-17 I am the true vine and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch not bearing fruit in Me, He takes it away; and every one bearing fruit, He prunes it that it may bear more fruit. Already you are clean by reason of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch is not able to bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine; you are the branches. The one abiding in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit. For apart from Me you are able to do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown out like the branch and is dried up, and they gather them and cast them into the fire, and it is burned. If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, you shall ask whatever you wish, and to you it will come to pass. In this My Father is glorified, that you should bear much fruit, and you shall be My disciples. As the Father has loved Me, I also have loved you. Abide in My Love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may be in you and your joy may be full. This is My Commandment, that you love one another as I loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that one should lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends, if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing. But I have called you friends, because all things that I heard from My Father, I have made known to you. You did not chose Me, but I chose you and appointed you, that you should go and you should bear fruit, and your fruit should remain, so that whatever you might ask the Father in My name, He may give you. These things I Command you, that you love one another. 1st Corinthians 1:14 Pursue "Love" and Desire Spiritual gifts.
